I came home at lunch to find Caprese! Layers of fresh mozzarella cheese, tomatoes, and basil leaves atop french bread, drizzled with olive oil and balsamic vinegar and dusted with salt and pepper. My favorite ever! In this case, my husband Brian had taken it a step further and actually made several different versions on this plate with a few varying ingredients - like different types of vinegar. So creative and fun! I Love Him!
